# PayByResult

> PayByResult helps small business owners (teams of 1–20 people) build clear, performance-based pay for individual roles. Describe a role and get a pay formula: weighted metrics, three performance levels (minimum 70% / target 100% / maximum 130%), and payout rules. The framework comes from 15 years of building pay rules for a real retail team, first in Excel. AI adapts the first draft; the owner reviews and decides.
